Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms govern use of the Visqio platform (app.visqio.com) and this website. By accepting an invitation you agree to them on behalf of the organization you join.

1.Access and accounts

Visqio is a private, invite-only service. Access is granted through an invitation issued by a platform administrator to a named organization. Invitations are personal, single-use and expire after 7 days. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Visqio may require a password of at least 12 characters and may end sessions at any time for security reasons.

2.Permitted use

You may use Visqio to measure and diagnose the search visibility of websites you own or are authorised to manage. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms; cloaking, doorway/mass-domain spam, sneaky redirects, link spam and phishing are prohibited, and so is any attempt to access another organization's data.

3.Your data and Google authorisation

When you connect Google Search Console you authorise Visqio to read data for the properties you select through Google's API. You can revoke that authorisation at any time in Visqio or in your Google account. Data you import remains yours; Visqio uses it only to provide the service to your organization and never sells or shares it with third parties other than the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

4.Availability and changes

Visqio is provided as an evolving service. Features may change, and modules marked as planned may not ship. We aim for high availability but do not commit to a service level in these terms. Ingestion depends on Google's APIs and on licensed SERP providers, whose quotas and outages are outside our control.

5.No guarantees about rankings

Visqio reports observable signals and classifies them by likelihood. Not ranking is not the same as being banned or penalised; Google does not expose penalty or suppression data. Nothing in Visqio is a guarantee that any page will rank, be indexed or be cited, and every status is a hypothesis to investigate, not a verdict.

6.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visqio is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue attributed to search visibility.

7.Suspension and termination

We may suspend an organization or user that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or whose usage threatens the security or stability of the platform. You may stop using Visqio at any time; on request we delete your organization's data within 30 days, except audit records we must keep for security or legal reasons.
