From several sites to one review list

Illustrative workflow for a fictional brand; not customer data, measured results or a growth promise.

One brand. Every site. Clear next steps.

See where performance changed, where data is missing and which queries deserve attention, using the records you already collect.

01

What should I review today?

Resolve missing data before acting on performance. Save a review task for a loss or query opportunity.

02

Site winners and losers

Compare sites and pages against the previous equal period, with shared filters and weighted metrics. Search within tables and sort their metrics in either direction.

03

Query opportunities

Find untracked queries and low-CTR candidates. Use your own history when enough evidence exists.

04

Possible query overlap

See when several brand pages appear for the same query. Investigate the context before deciding whether it is harmful.

05

AI answer and source changes

Compare stored Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Gemini answers and source links. Keep mentions distinct from citations.

06

Change timeline

Add shared change notes, keep personal views and produce executive PDF/CSV reports, including seven-day periods.

From several sites to one review list

Illustrative workflow for a fictional brand; not customer data, measured results or a growth promise.

  1. A fictional brand adds its main site and two owned publication sites to one project. Each site maps to an authorized Google property.

  2. The team selects mobile and the latest seven-day period. One site has stale data, so the team checks its connection before interpreting the brand total.

  3. A page loses clicks while a query has sufficient impressions and low CTR. The analyst adds review tasks rather than enabling extra tracking automatically.

  4. After a content edit, the team records a dated note and reviews the next period. A nearby change in traffic is not treated as proof of causation.

These views reuse stored GSC, SERP and AI samples and do not start paid provider queries. Existing collection and infrastructure costs remain. Results are evidence for human review; GSC does not expose individual visitors or every query.
